Resources and tools for SNAP-Ed WWE facilitators

This website contains resources and support for facilitators to deliver the Arthritis Foundation's Walk with Ease (WWE) program using the self-directed/enhanced model. This model encourages walking while emphasizing and fostering social support, embracing participant co-creation and leadership, and building confidence.
